STOLEN TELEPHONE CABLES

Cables stolen from Mattersey have resulted in 1500 homes being without telephone lines. BT will commence re-installation on Monday but it is likely to be 3 days before everyone is restored.

Please check with elderly neighbours that they are okay and perhaps lend them an old mobile phone if they do not have one?

GRIT SALT

During the wintry weather there will be some grit salt available for residents. This is currently situated outside the church at Mattersey.
